Fashion Tip: Outfits Help Your Clients for Job Interview

by everlin on June 3, 2013

Last week I received an email from a graduate student of University which I had my workshop about grooming.  Question was how to dress to impress for a big job interview?  I know it is a common question to most people but the key word is “big” interview – a dream job for some people.  Job hunting is no easy task, and once you’ve landed that big interview, the work is only just beginning. I found couple of looks that are styled prim-and proper outfits that’ll help your clients to nail it.  By the way, this sartorial legwork recommended to you for your clients are oh-so-formal title and a more business casual – professional look for corporate position.

Formal

When it comes to formal 9-to-5-ers, matching business suits are pretty much a mainstay — but that doesn’t mean you can’t have at least a little fun. Throw in a fancy tote to hold that shiny new résumé and wear at least one piece of (understated) jewelry that feels special to you.

Business Casual

Keep things buttoned-up (literally) with a chic blouse and an appropriately long pencil skirt. Add your own flair with your favorite bag and a fun pair of glasses, but remember to keep your shoes closed-toed…you can’t be completely free, after all. (Hint: Sandal /open-toed heel are considered inappropriate to some people in corporate firm, so I personally would recommend closed-toed to be safe).
